Here we will talk you through adding various DNS records using Cpanel. First of all log into your cpanel via http://www.yourdomain/cpanel and click on "Simple DNS Zone Editor". Now choose from below which DNS record you wish to add and follow the steps.
How to Add an A Record:-
1) In the "Name" field is where you will add your A Record. For example, if you need test.yourdomain.net, then the Name would be "Test".
2) In the "Address: field is where your A Record will point.
3) Click "Add A Record" and your all done.
How to Add a CNAME :-
1) In the "Name" field is where you will add your CNAME record. For example, if you need mail.yourdomain.com, then the Name would be "Mail".
2) In the "CNAME" field is where you will add your host. For example, if you need mail.yourdomain.com, then the CNNAME would be "yourdomain.com".
3) CLick "Add CNAME Record" and your all done.
